Check Your Email

Shortly after your purchase, you’ll receive two emails:

1. Order Confirmation Email: This confirms your purchase.

2. Digital Download Email: This email contains a secure link to your file.

Download Your File

Click the link in the Digital Download email to access and download your file. Please note:

• The link will expire 24 hours after your first download.

If you miss the download window, no worries! See below for how to get a new link.

What If My Link Expires?

If your download link expires, simply click it again, and a new link will automatically be sent to the email address you used for your purchase.

Alternatively, you can reach out to us directly via the contact form on the bottom of this page, and we’ll happily resend your download link.

Troubleshooting Download Issues

• If your download link isn’t working, try the following:

• If your file won’t open, ensure you have the correct program to open the file type. The type of file (PDF, JPEG, etc.) is noted on the product page.
